a team effort is required here to design and fabricate the tie-down elements which will serve as dead man weights at the bottom end of the vertical structural cables. ths secondary function of these elements is to scoop air into the system of circulating gases within the structure. this will require some familiarity with tht principles of fluid dynamics. anyone who understands how a carburetor works on an engine will be able to figure out how to make these. we think.
