We will build an experimental, dense, multi-functional plumbing skin that will suck up to existing building structures like an epiphyte sucks up to a tree. This plumbing skin will supply supplementary functions to the host building, wrapping over and penetrating this building's existing, dumb, boring, single purpose skin. this project will have a few heavyweight, gas huffing deadmen to keep the featherweight structure and its gaseous contents from floating away.
